Trading name: Homefield Fantasy (“Homefield”). Operated by: sole proprietorship / DBA “Nerdy Woodworker” (Nerdywoodworker.com). Formal legal entity TBD if later formed (legal entity name TBD).

No separate LLC or Inc has been formed for Homefield Fantasy or Cutburth Creations. Homefield Fantasy is a separate brand / line of business from Cutburth Creations. Cutburth Creations is not Homefield’s contracting party.

1. What we use

Homefield uses a limited set of technologies needed to run the product:

Essential — authentication (Clerk)

Clerk sets cookies / session tokens required to sign you in, keep you signed in, and protect accounts. These are essential for authenticated features and are not used by Homefield as advertising cookies.

Essential — payments (Stripe)

When you open Checkout or the Customer Portal, Stripe may set cookies or similar storage needed to process payment, prevent fraud, and complete Homefield Pro purchases. Card data is handled by Stripe. These are payment / security essentials, not Homefield ad pixels.

First-party localStorage (browser)

Without an account (and in some free flows), Homefield may keep league snapshots, DFS CSV sessions, host session tokens you paste for sync, preferences, and an anonymous first-party session id in your browser’s localStorage. That local data stays on your device unless a signed-in / Pro feature persists settings or events as described in the Privacy Policy. Clearing site data / localStorage removes local tokens and DFS sessions.

First-party product events (not ad pixels)

Homefield does not run third-party product analytics suites or ad pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) by default. Limited first-party funnel events may be recorded on our own servers (allowlisted event names and non-identifying props) as described in the Privacy Policy. An anonymous session id in localStorage may connect steps when you are not signed in.

2. What we do not use by default

No advertising cookies or ad pixels by default.
No Google Analytics / Meta Pixel (or similar) by default.
No third-party marketing SDKs by default.

If we add analytics cookies or third-party SDKs later, we will update this Notice and the Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain consent.

3. Your choices

Sign out / manage Clerk session via account controls.
Clear browser cookies and localStorage for homefieldfantasy.com to remove local sessions, tokens, and DFS CSV data.
Manage Stripe payment methods via Stripe Customer Portal when enabled.
Email support@homefieldfantasy.com with questions about cookies or storage.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies; blocking essential Clerk or Stripe cookies may break sign-in or checkout.

5. Governing law (working assumption)

Working assumption (TBD — pending William confirm): Kansas law as a working assumption only — the State of Kansas, U.S.A. — consistent across these policies, not attorney-approved. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where required.
